Thank you for your purchase of Own Way apparel. We are glad that you are joining us on the path less traveled. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

All items that are personalized and stitched to order are not eligible for return or exchange. These should all be considered as final sales.

Items purchase from our collections that are not personalized (for example do not have personal names added) may be returned for refund or exchange if they are unworn and unwashed. For sanitary reasons, this is a strict requirement and these items must be returned within 30 Days, unworn and in their original packaging.

Limited Edition collections (pre-sale items) that are stitched and/or printed to order are not eligible for return or exchange.

If any Own Way apparel fails due to manufacturing or material defect Own Way will repair or replace the item at no charge.

This does not cover normal wear and tear and damage from misuse, improper care or crashing.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
